Brillion Community Center
Following Trick-or-Treat on Halloween Night, the BCC will hold its annual
Halloween Parade. The parade will begin at 7:00pm. Official parade route
to be announced. After the parade all witches, ghouls and goblins are
invited back to the BCC to enjoy some treats and a show. Everyone is welcome.

First Annual Downtown Childrens Costume Parade and Contest: Safe Trick-or-Treat
Saturday, October 25
5-7:30 PM
Downtown Oshkosh
The OBID (Oshkosh Business Improvement District) and downtown community
businesses have plans to make Halloween safe and fun for area youth.
Stores will have posters in their windows on the evening so children
can go in and Trick-or-Treat.
Starting at 5 PM sign up for the parade will begin and free apple
cider and cookies will be passed out in Opera House Square.
The parade will last from about 5:45-6:15 PM around the Opera House Square.
Prizes will be awarded. Children are then free to enter
participating businesses for their Treats.

Annual Halloween Parade

Monroe Middle School
The Monroe Jaycees Chapter is sponsoring the annual Halloween parade on
Friday, Oct. 31. The parade begins and ends at the Monroe Middle School
staff parking lot on the north side of the school (west side of 16th Avenue-
1200 block).
Participants are to arrive at 4:15 p.m. and the parade begins at
4:30 p.m. Children and adults are encouraged to wear costumes. The parade will
go around the Square and then return to the parking lot where the Jaycees will
distribute treat bags. "Trick or Treating" begins after the parade.
